The GN 1 gnocchi machine is able to produce gnocchi with continuous supply. The screw conveyor has been designed to prevent product stress. This machine is able to work with raw materials such as potato flakes, fresh potatoes or flours. It is advisable to use a compact mix with a good consistency. All components in direct contact with the product are completely made of food grade stainless steel.
